From our Health, Safety and Environmental manual to our dedicated HSE Manager and staff, Warrior Energy is committed to providing a safe environment for everyone.


Our team abides by and are well versed in nationally recognized safety standards and guidelines, the International Building Code (IBC), National Electrical Code, National Electrical Safety Code (ANSI C2), International Fire Code (IFC) and National Fire Protection Association Codes.

HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENTAL PROGRAM MANUAL

Our Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Program Manual is designed to guide employees and management in adhering to safe standards and practices in the workplace, with the ultimate objective of preventing incidents.


Warrior Energy employees are trained and adhere to the safety codes and guidance set forth in our HSE programs. Our Behavior Based Safety program, Stop Work program, and Short-Service employee policies provide for effective and immediate feedback, support, and accountability for those in the field.

Employee Orientation

  • Reviews all aspects of the Corporate Safety Manual
  • Includes handout of Field Safety Book and exam to enhance
  • comprehension.
  • Direct access to our Safety Director through an Anonymous Safety

  • Orientation repeated every three years.


Pre-Task Planner

  • Covers each task to be completed daily by foreman and crew.
  • Identifies each hazard & necessary action to mitigate the hazard
  • Requires signature of each crew member
  • Contains post inspection checklist.


Training

  • Frontline field supervisors are OSHA 30 trained.
  • NFPA 70E safe work practice compliance
  • One-Basin-One-Way
  • Project and task-specific training
  • Continuing education for Superintendents
